SERVICE AREA 

 

We can travel up to a 20 mile radius to the pickup or dropoff address (whichever is further), at no added fee. Radius is based on downtown San Antonio (City Center - Zip Code 78205) to your furthest location (PICKUP or DROPOFF). Pricing beyond the 20 mile radius is $2.50 per mile.

(Example: Customer is moving from their house in San Antonio, TX 78230 to Austin, TX 78701. We use the following calculation: 78205 to 78701 is 80 miles. Customer requests 2 Delivery Pros. The excess mileage fee is (80 total one-way miles - 20 free miles) = 60 billable miles x $2.50 = $150 trip charge). The mileage fee is imposed ONE WAY ONLY based on the furthest location (PICKUP or DROPOFF).

Note: *If the PICKUP originates inside the service area but the DROPOFF is outside the service area (or vica-versa), then the excess mileage fee applies to the furthest address proximity to (City Center - Zip Code 78205).
